Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Certain products such as perishables, personal care items, or custom orders may not be eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.
